Studying the destruction of Job’s property, prosperity, and family is a hard thing to do.

One of the most important things that we must remember as we study the book of Job is that God Himself was under attack. God’s enemy – called Satan – is our enemy as well. And he still tries to attack God by attacking us. We are to be aware, be prepared, and be dependent on the Lord during any battle.
