Expecting Life after Death!

We are about to consider one of the “diamonds” in the book of Job! I have so enjoyed seeing the faith of Job and the incredible truths that the Holy Spirit inspired him to declare. It has also been wonderful to see how his statements relate to each other. When he says: “For I know that my Redeemer lives,And He shall stand at last on the earth;  And redeemder-job-19-2526after my skin is destroyed, this I know, That in my flesh I shall see God,  Whom I shall see for myself, And my eyes shall behold, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!” (Job 19:25-27), he is making a bold affirmation of what he believes and expects. It’s not wishful thinking.

And we too can make the same bold declaration – that one day we will see our Living Redeemer with our own eyes. We will see our God and enjoy His glorious, holy presence… forever… in heaven!

I’ll talk about all this in my video below!

By the way, the chart in the video is an illustration of the book of Job. The yellow columns represent the prologue and epilogue. The blue columns represent Job’s speeches and their lengths. The red represents Eliphaz’s  speeches, green represents Bildad’s speeches, orange represents Zophar’s speeches. Pink belongs to Elihu, and white belongs to God.
