Satan hates us. He will take advantage of anything he thinks he can use against us. It can be in the realm of our strengths or it can be in the realm of our weaknesses. He wants to sift every one of us who belong to Jesus. Satan wants to shake us up, and break us up.

But Jesus knows his schemes and knows just what we need to stand firm, resist, and return to full service to the Lord. Faith!

I love the declaration that Jesus made – it is so encouraging in many ways.

Jesus prays that our faith will not fail!

What a friend we have in Jesus! What a prayer warrior we have in Jesus!

Faith in Jesus is the key to withstanding and overcoming the wiles of the devil.
