What can we say except “WOW!”

“You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created.” Revelation 4:11

The Lord God Almighty, God the Father, is seated on His throne in Heaven. In majesty. In brilliant light and colors. And He is worshipped as He deserves.

This is the setting for the whole book of Revelation. John was given the absolutely incredible privilege of seeing the beauty and holiness of the Lord on High, and the command to write about what he saw. I am so thankful that he was told to write it down, so that we too can see the splendor and perfection of our God.

I’ll talk about the One seated on the throne, and the seven-fold Spirit of God, and the Son of God – the Lion and the Lamb. The Trinity, our tri-une God, is on display in Revelation 4 and 5.

And, for fun, to help our limited minds imagine the colors in the throne room, I created a display with lights and fire and rainbows. Colors are a delight now on Earth. I know they will be more brilliant and amazing when we see them in God’s New Creation! Prism glasses let you see rainbows around the lights!
