Who can withstand the wrath of God during the Tribulation? That’s the question on the lips of those who are trying to hide from His wrath according to Revelation 6:17.

Will anyone be saved? Yes! Hallelujah! We’ve already seen that there are martyrs who became followers of Jesus who will be killed for their faith (Revelation 6:9-11). In Revelation, we see two more groups described who will receive salvation: 144,000 Israelites from every tribe; and an innumerable multitude from every nation, tribe, and tongue. What an incredible, gracious God we have!

In my lecture, I’ll talk about the work of the Holy Spirit in the Old Testament, and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in believers since the day of Pentecost. It’s my understanding that the 144,000 Israelites will be saved just like we are, and share the same gospel that we have. But God will also give them a special protection so that they survive the disasters of the Tribulation and spread His good news around the world.
