The constant, repeated sounds of the prophecy of Revelation made quite an impression on me as I studied. Revelation is a very noisy book!

For a review in my lecture, I’ll share the sounds as a summary. This will take you back through the progression of the book, through the actions, the warnings, the celebrations, and bring you to the conclusion.

The sounds of the revelation communicate as much as the images do.

The book begins with a promise: Revelation 1:3 Blessed  is the one who reads and blessed are those who hear the words of this prophecy and keep what is written in it, because the time is near!

So – I look forward to being blessed as I read these words, and you can anticipate being blessed as you hear these words and sounds….. and we will all be blessed as we keep – guard – and treasure the truth of all these words.

Imagine hearing these sounds as John did. His eyes and ears were engaged as the Lord delivered the Revelation of the coming of Jesus Christ.
