And Ezekiel saw visions of God. He was 30 yrs old. And had just reached the age at which he would have become a priest. Except – Ezekiel was not in Jerusalem and couldn’t serve the Lord in His temple there. But, oh boy, he was about to serve the Lord in a way he had never expected.

Read Ezekiel 1.  Look for the repeated word: like / likeness/ appearance. What does the use of this word tell you?
