“My eye will not spare you, nor will I have pity.” Ezekiel 7:4 

No mercy? That’s hard to accept. That the Lord would bring about destruction on that which He has created is extremely hard to grasp and accept. But His very nature forces this action. He is holy, holy, holy.

Throughout the study of the book of Ezekiel, there will be many opportunities to consider the wrath of God from our perspective which comes after the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. For the moment, we’re going to pause and consider the awesome, sovreign justice of the Lord. He has the right, the righteousness, the discernment, and the power to be the Judge of all mankind.
