Jesus is the Christ! He is the long-awaited Messiah! Matthew tells us this in his opening words. We know it now, because of the record of Scripture. But what was one of the public indications of the identity of Jesus as the Son of God, the promised Messiah, the King of the Jews? In this video, I’ll show how the words Christ and Messiah are related, and connect the promises of the Old Testament to the public presentation of Jesus as God’s Son at His baptism.
